Group Training TIMETABLE

LAUNCHING 12:15 PM GROUP CLASSES ON APRIL 8TH!

STR: This 45 minute session and starts off with a dynamic warm up (5-7 minutes) before moving into specific strength exercises (30-35 minutes) and finishing off with a stretch (5 minutes). The maximum capacity is 6 people per session.

STR + HIIT: This 45 minute session and starts off with a dynamic warm up (5-7 minutes) before moving into a specific strength exercise (15-20 minutes) before moving into high intensity training (10-15 minutes) where you will work hard, rest and do it all again using the combination of weights and specialised cardio equipment. The session will then finish off with a stretch (5 minutes). The maximum capacity is 8 people per session.

SWEAT & STRETCH: This 75 minute session starts off with a dynamic warm up (5-7 minutes) before moving into programming that designed to boost your metabolism, burn a tonne of energy & increase your strength in exercises your perform in every day life (30-35 minutes). This session finishes off with ashtanga/restorative yoga (30 minutes) to help bring your heart rate & stress levels down. The maximum capacity is 10 people in this session.

OPEN GYM: This gives you the opportunity to complete your own session outside of class times. A coach will be present, but not supervising your workout.
